2. Payment Terms

  • All transactions are processed in the currency specified at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations that may be imposed by their bank or payment provider.

3. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy

ProID Global values customer satisfaction. In the event that a customer is not entirely satisfied with their purchase, they may request a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery or the date of service commencement, as applicable.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, if applicable, and at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to a defect or error on the part of ProID Global.

  • For service-based purchases, the refund will be prorated based on the portion of the service that has been rendered, unless the service is demonstrably defective or not performed as agreed.
