Pro ID: First-time activation and login.

Step 1: Open the CAMERA app and scan the QR code on the card. The Pro ID profile link will appear—click it to open. Step 2: Press ‘SCAN QR CODE’ and select ‘COPY LINK’ to copy the Pro ID profile link, for example: https://me.proid.vn/?my-pro-id=proid0012f409 You can paste this link into a computer browser for faster editing. Direct login link: https://me.proid.vn/wp-login.php. Step 3: Choose ‘LOGIN’. Step 4: On the login page, please CHOOSE YOUR LANGUAGE, then paste the copied link into the USERNAME field, then press the I LOVE PRO ID button to get your default USERNAME and PASSWORD. Step 5: Select LOGIN and proceed to EDIT THE CARD.

How to fill in basic information

After selecting to edit the card, please fill in the required fields such as LANGUAGE and CARD CONTENT.

Color: You can change it directly on your phone as shown in the video below, or use a computer to adjust according to the color code to achieve your desired color.

  • Last Name: Enter your last name. 
  • First Name: Enter your first name. 
  • Nickname: A nickname will also be saved in the contact file to help partners and customers find you faster. 
  • Company Name: Enter your company name.
  • Position: Enter your job title.
  • Primary Phone Number: Please enter the number without spaces. For example: +65986851829 or +86986851829.
  • Secondary Phone Number: If you have a second phone number, please enter it here.
  • Email: Please enter your email address here. For example: sales@proid.vn
  • Website: Please copy your website and paste it here. For example: https://proidglobal.com
  • Address in Text Format: Please enter an address in a way that is easy to find on Google Maps. 
  • Google Maps Link Address: Please access Google Maps on your computer, find your business address, copy the Google Maps link, and paste it here. For example: https://maps.app.goo.gl/SfpFzj6S4u9Le1Ay5 (Please click here).
    Google Maps Link HTML: Please choose ’embed a map’ and copy the HTML line, then paste it here.

Profile picture: Please choose a square image with a 1:1 aspect ratio. The portrait should include both shoulders. See the example below.

Cover photo: Please choose a beautiful image as the background. The background image does not have a fixed size; please estimate it to be reasonable.

Logo: Please select a square image with a white background, as shown in the example below.

After updating your contact information and social media links, please click CONTINUE to add additional information fields:

INTRODUCTION: This section allows you to write a brief introduction about yourself or your business. You can also add photos by clicking on the ADD MEDIA button. Once the INTRODUCTION is updated, it will be displayed in the section below.

PHOTOS: Please upload images of your products, services, or company activities here. You can upload a maximum of 14 images.

VIDEO: You can paste your YouTube video link here. If the video is less than 1 minute long and is converted by YouTube to a short video, simply replace the short link with the embed code to display it.

PRODUCTS: This section allows you to showcase products to your partners for reference. The listed products will be displayed in the SHOP section. Please note that in the PRODUCT DESCRIPTION section, you can add additional images by clicking the ADD MEDIA button.

How to Fill Out Common Social Media Links: Zalo, WhatsApp, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram

WhatsApp: Please enter your phone number without spaces, including the country code. For example: +84965784668.

Telegram: Please enter only your username. Access Telegram to find your username (appears after the @ symbol).

TikTok: Please enter only your username. Go to your TikTok channel to find your username (appears after the @ symbol).

Instagram: Please enter only your username. Visit your Instagram channel to find your username (appears after the @ symbol).

YouTube: Please enter your channel username. Go to your YouTube channel to find your username (appears after the @ symbol).

Facebook: Please copy and paste the link to your Facebook personal profile here.

LinkedIn: Please copy and paste the link to your LinkedIn personal profile here.
