Shipping Policy

ProID Global International Shipping Policy

This International Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment of products to customers located outside of Vietnam. ProID Global currently offers international shipping to the following countries: United States, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, and Taiwan. While we support shipping to these destinations, our primary focus is on serving customers in Singapore, Australia, and Malaysia. ProID Global is committed to delivering products in a timely and secure manner, while adhering to all applicable international shipping regulations and best practices.

1. Shipping Destinations

ProID Global currently offers international shipping to select countries. The availability of international shipping to specific destinations may vary and is subject to change at the discretion of ProID Global. Customers are advised to confirm shipping availability to their location during the order placement process.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

ProID Global offers a range of shipping methods to accommodate varying customer needs and delivery timeframes. The following shipping methods are available for international orders:

  • Express Shipping: This expedited service provides for the delivery of goods within [1-3] business days, subject to customs clearance and destination country handling procedures.

  • Standard Shipping: This service offers a more economical shipping solution, with delivery typically occurring within [8-14] business days, excluding customs processing and local delivery.

  • Designated Courier Service: ProID Global may also utilize specific designated courier services for certain international shipments. The choice of courier will be determined based on factors such as the destination, package size and weight, and the most efficient and reliable delivery options available.

Please note that the delivery times provided are estimates only and do not include weekends, public holidays, or potential delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as:

  • Customs inspections and clearance procedures

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer

  • Absence of the recipient at the designated delivery address

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Natural disasters, force majeure events, or other exceptional circumstances

ProID Global will make reasonable efforts to provide customers with tracking information and delivery updates.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees for international orders are calculated based on a variety of factors, including:

  • Destination country

  • Weight and dimensions of the package

  • Selected shipping method

  • Fuel surcharges and other applicable fees imposed by the shipping carrier

The customer is responsible for paying all shipping fees associated with their order. Shipping fees will be clearly displayed during the order checkout process prior to order confirmation.

  • These fees are subject to change and do not include any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Regulations

Customers are responsible for complying with all import regulations and requirements of the destination country. This includes, but is not limited to, the payment of any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and other charges that may be levied by the customs authorities of the destination country.

ProID Global is not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to customs processing. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered comply with all applicable import regulations and restrictions in their country. ProID Global will not provide refunds or compensation for any products seized or detained by customs authorities due to regulatory non-compliance.

5. Order Processing and Shipping Procedures

  • Customers are required to provide accurate and complete shipping information, including the recipient’s full name, address, and contact details, during the order placement process. ProID Global will not be liable for any delays or delivery failures resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Upon receipt of a valid order and confirmation of payment, ProID Global will process the order and arrange for shipment to the designated international destination.

  • ProID Global will provide customers with a shipping confirmation and tracking number, where applicable, to allow customers to monitor the progress of their shipment.

  • The risk of loss and title for all products ordered shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the designated shipping carrier.

6. Goods Inspection and Acceptance

Customers are responsible for inspecting the goods upon arrival and verifying that the products received match the order in terms of type, quantity, and quality. Any discrepancies or damages must be reported to the delivery personnel and ProID Global’s customer support department immediately upon receipt of the shipment.

  • If the customer authorizes a third party to receive the goods on their behalf, the third party is also responsible for conducting a thorough inspection of the goods.

  • Once the shipment has been accepted and signed for by the customer or their authorized representative, ProID Global’s liability is limited to manufacturing defects covered under the applicable Warranty Policy. ProID Global will not be responsible for any other issues or damages discovered after acceptance of the shipment.

7. Shipping Delays and Order Changes

Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond ProID Global’s control, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect customer address

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

  • Inability to contact the customer

  • Customs delays

  • Natural disasters or force majeure events

In the event of a shipping delay attributable to ProID Global, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer and arrange for a revised delivery schedule.

If a customer wishes to modify their order (e.g., change the product, cancel the order) after it has been placed but before it has been dispatched, they should contact ProID Global’s customer support department as soon as possible. ProID Global will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, but order modifications or cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

8. Undeliverable Shipments

In the event that a shipment is undeliverable due to reasons such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer refusal to accept the shipment

  • Failure to pay required customs duties or taxes

The shipping carrier may return the shipment to ProID Global. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and any other associated costs. ProID Global will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer to arrange for reshipment, but additional shipping charges will apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

ProID Global’s liability for any loss or damage to goods during international shipment is limited to the extent provided by the terms and conditions of the applicable shipping carrier’s insurance policy. ProID Global will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the shipping process.
